Phuture T opens up the roster with a captivating double tracker.
The opening track ‘Sweet Sensation’ is a trip down many memory lanes. The original & crispy drum samples plus the electric piano quickly gather back-up by horns and amazingly strong vocal samples, those that you can’t help but feel deep within. But the break-down definitely takes it to another level of feels. Soft piano hits and synth strings light the fuse for explosion and the captivating vocals take the lead again, while constantly changing drum patterns never make you stop nodding that chin and occasionally get you air-drumming along.
Right from the get-go ‘Evolution Granted’ has that mystical feel to it. Chopped but again ultra bouncing OG drum hit samples lead the eerie instrumentation into a big crescendo. While the bounce grows and the horns come into play, we can definitely say Tom’s put his finest chopping work on display here.
